Mitchell was born and raised in Madera, California. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from National University obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Emphasis in Financial Accounting) in 1993. He has worked professionally in the accounting field since 1990. He became an associate with Price Paige & Company in 1994 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1997. He became a shareholder in the firm in 2003.
Mitchell's experience includes preparation of financial statements
and tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, LLCs and
corporations. He also is active in assisting clients in various
tax planning matters. He has participated in the planning, supervision,
and performance of audits of various governmental, not-for-profit,
and commercial entities. He has consulted with various businesses
and organizations on internal control procedures, accounting
software implementation, budgeting systems, and year-end closing
and reconciliation procedures.
Mitchell's desire is to be proactive in the tax and financial
planning process, to empower individuals, families and company's
to move forward in today's technology while enhancing the benefits
of wealth preservation and growth.
Mitchell is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the California Society of CPA's.
